Medicare is the nation’s health insurance program for seniors. The program offers some basic options, with folks having healthcare bills paid for in various ways. Our Medicare Support Program (also known as SHIBA) provides info folks need so they aren’t confused when they enroll, and get the best plan at the best cost. Our trained volunteers provide free, private, one-on-one help.

1 We start by having you set a time to meet with us using this link You can also call us at (541) 492-2102 in Douglas County or (541) 956-4472 in Josephine County.
2. We mail you an info packet prior to the meeting date.
3. We meet with you one-on-one or over the phone.
4. During the meeting, we review the info in the packet with you. We provide an intro to Medicare and go over various plans.
5. If we have local trainings coming up, we share that info with you as well.
